Each individual user is permitted to hold only one Account on the idx88 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, or IP address are strictly forbidden. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, winnings may be voided, and deposits may be forfeited.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.
idx88 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. As part of our KYC process, you will be required to submit verification documents including a clear photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a live selfie holding your KTP. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals and account functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized the activity. idx88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, manipulated games, or violated any applicable law. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds and contested winnings) will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations.
idx88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with bank transfers typically requiring a minimum of Rp 50,000 and e-wallets Rp 20,000. Deposits via major Indonesian banks are processed instantly during banking hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) and may take up to 24 hours outside these hours.
As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, idx88 allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your Account. These limits can be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period but can be decreased immediately at any time. If you do not set custom limits, default maximum deposit limits apply based on your VIP tier.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposits, to the account registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze members within 24 hours, Silver members within 6 hours, Gold members within 2 hours. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. idx88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected.
idx88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rate fluctuations for any currency conversions are borne by the User.
idx88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiration dates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a certain number of times (typically 20x to 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely. idx88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, colluding with other players, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors. Any User found abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

All content on the idx88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of idx88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The idx88 name and logo are registered trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from idx88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idx88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, idx88's total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. If internal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed neutral arbitration body. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
